Today’s Traeger recipe will focus on Smoked Baby Back Pork Ribs:
1. Coat with Mustard and rub with Rib rub on both sides
2. Super Smoke at 225 for 2.5 hours (Spray with Apple Cider Vinegar every 30 minutes)
3. Sauce top of ribs and then Smoke at 225 for another 30 minutes
4. Smoke at 285 for 1 hour
5. Double Wrap ribs in foil. Spray apple cider vinegar on bottom of foil and put bbq sauce with meat side down. Spray vinegar and add sauce on top before wrapping.
5. Smoke at 325 for 30 min
6. Smoke at 350 for 30 min
7. Rest for 25 minutes
